The Longest Table Piqua - Table Captain Registration
As a Table Captain, you are signing up to host a table of 6 people, including yourself. Invite friends, family and the neighbor you've always wanted to get to know.
Prepare a menu with your guests, whether that is a family-style potluck or bringing your own individual meals.
A sage green stretchy tablecloth, a table sign and bright seasonal flowers will be provided. Feel free to be creative, add to the decor and make the tablescape your own!
The Longest Table committee may add additional guests to your table as attendance needs dictate. Table Captains welcome additional guests and lead introductions to make everyone feel included and engaged.
Table Captains arrive at 3:30 p.m. on Saturday, August 29 to claim and set up their tables. Your guests arrive at 4 p.m. when the event begins. Communicate to your guests which table number to locate after they have signed in at the welcome table.
As the event concludes, please dispose of all trash in the receptables provided and leave the table as you found it.
Note: If you sign up to serve as a Table Captain, you do not need to also register as an attendee. Guests at your table do need to register separately.
